Hallo Chef, perkenalkan nama saya Dian (27) dari Brebes. Ingin sekali saya menyajikan menu seafoot di saat akhir pekan seperti sekarang ini. Apakah ada menu yang dapat saya buat di rumah? Terima Kasih Sebelumnya!

Jawab :
Memang saat akhir pekan tiba paling enak jika menyajikan menu seafood untuk keluarga, seperti cumi cah jagung. Berikut cara membuatnya :

Bahan : bawang putih, wortel, bawang merah, tepung maizena, minyak wijen, bawang Bombay, jahe, daun bawng, jagung muda, saus tiram, daun jeruk, air, serai, gula, garam, dan merica bubuk secukupnya.

Cara membuat :

  1. Cuci bersih cumi dan buang tintanya.
  2. Potong cumi antara kepala dan badan kemudian beri air jeruk nipis dan sedikit garam agar amis yang menempel pada cumi hilang.
  3. Rebus cumi hingga mendidih.
  4. Tumis bawang merah, bawang putih, bawang Bombay, dan jahe hingga tercium aroma wangi.
  5. Beri daun bawang dan jagung muda yang sudah dipipil.
  6. Beri garam dan gula secukupnya.
  7. Beri merica bubuk dan saus tiram.
  8. Masukkan daun jeruk dan serai.
  9. Beri sedikit air kemudian diamkan hingga mendidih.
  10. Masukkan irisan wortel dan cumi yang sudah direbus.
  11. Masukkan cairan tepung maizena agar air tampak mengental.
  12. Beri minyak wijen secukupnya dan masak hingga semua bahan matang.
  13. Angkat dan sajikan!
