Resep Dalam Membuat Bikang Pandan

Bikang PandanKali ini chef Martino akan berbagi resep kue tradisional yang selalu tampil merekah. Kue ini terbuat terbuat dari tepung beras. Yuk disimak cara mudah membuat Bikang Pandan, Anda juga bisa membuat rasa cokelat selain rasa pandan.

Bahan Bikang:
1. tepung beras 1 sdm
2. santan 75 ml
3. tepung beras 175 gram
4. tepung terigu protein sedang 25 gram
5. gula pasir 75 gram
6. garam 1/4 sdt
7. santan 300 ml
8. air daun suji 50 ml dari 20 lembar daun suji
9. daun pandan 2 lembar
10. pewarna hijau tua 4 tetes

Bahan Olesan:
1. 100 ml santan
2. 1/8 sendok teh garam

Cara membuat:
1. Campurkan bahan biang dan masak tepung beras dengan santan sambil diaduk hingga meletup-letup lalu angkat.
2. Tuang adonan ke atas campuran tepung beras, tepung terigu,  garam dan gula pasir, aduklah rata dengan sendok kayu saat panas.
3. Setelah bikang dalam keadaan yang masih hangat, tuangilah dengan air daun suji, santan dan juga pewarna hijau tua
4. Kocok adonan terus secara perlahan hingga 15 menit.
5. Panaskan cetakan bikang sambil diberi kelapa parut.
6. Sangrai sampai kelapa mengering kemudian bersihkan.
7. Tuang adonan hingga setinggi 3/4 cetakan.
8. Panggang adonan hingga berlubang-lubang.
9. Cungkil bagian bawah dan tengah adonan dan tahan sampai merekah lalu angkat.
10. Olesi permukaan kue dan bagian bawah kue dengan bahan olesan yang sudah dibuat, Untuk 40 buah.
11. Bikang siap disajikan
